A beautiful beaded, fabric covered beret based fascinator. The feathers are beaded with swarovski crystals and or pearls. Perfect for a special occasion. The fabric covering the base and colours are chosen to suit each outfit, I can use client offcuts if available. The base can be left without a fabric covering as a sinamay finish (£30 less).
